About the Role:
As a PMO Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing PMO processes and tools, providing crucial support to both our onshore and offshore teams. You’ll lead resource management, project logistics, and change control processes, helping us deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- PMO Process & Tool Development: Lead the development, approval, and implementation of PMO processes and tools across the program.
- Training & Communication: Conduct training sessions and ensure full adoption of PMO tools by the project team.
- Project Management Support: Provide daily support to delivery teams, aligning program/project management activities with key objectives.
- Demand & Resource Management: Manage resource planning using HR tools and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Change Control: Implement structured procedures for effective change management.
- Program/Project Logistics: Own space/facility planning to support the operational needs of the project team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in PMO or project management roles (onshore and offshore experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, tools, and resource management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Experience with change control processes and program logistics.
- Familiarity with HR tools for resource planning is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
