Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Work with management to develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in any related field
- Proven experience in operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Able to work long hours
- Able to stand the whole time during working hours
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
