Responsibilities:
- Clerical support to Contracts Department.
- Admin duties to Contracts Department.
- Prepare sub-contract document/agreement, purchase order.
- Manage and control sub-contract document/agreement, ensuring timeliness and completeness of document records.
- Review sub-contract document/agreement under the guidance of Contracts Manager.
- Maintain filing system of the Contracts Department.
- Admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- 5 days work-week.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE ‘N’ and ‘O’ Level.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and meticulous.
- Willing to learn and a good team player.
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
