Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies in the Logistics and Transportation industry. They are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join their Singapore team.
The Responsibilities:
- Handle operations and documentations for air/ ocean freight import/ export, permit declaration and transportation
- Liaise closely with carriers and vendors
- Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying to the requirements of the customers
- Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents
- Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors' invoices
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management
The Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with permit declaration
- Specialized in Freight Forwarding or the equivalent
- Familiar with "Cago Wise"
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude
