Embedded within a top-tier international company in Singapore, your will be working in the team serves as a focal point for coordinating responses to security incidents and crisis situations which may pose risks to the organization’s staff, business, reputation and facilities across Asia Pacific.
Successful candidate will be provided a comprehensive on-the-job training while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment with other security professionals to address an array of security risk matters.
Responsibilities
- Work under Regional Security Services Centre which maintains a 24/7 service hotline
- Monitor and assess impact of regional security events, ensuring that risks are identified and escalated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner; raise any concerns or issues where necessary
- Conduct research and analysis on security events and geopolitical issues
- Assist the preparation of routine management reports, post-incident documentations and regional initiatives / projects with excellent record-keeping practice
- Liaise closely with overseas security members and perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Successful candidate should have / be:
- Sound geo-political knowledge of the Asia Pacific region
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work shift hours (approximately 20 days per month), including overnight shifts
- 0 – 3 years of working experience will be considered
Relevant experience in corporate security or customer services preferred but not essential
