Responsibilities
- Opportunity to work with the C-Suites level
- Assist to schedule meeting / appointments for Directors
- Assist to make travel arrangement for Directors
- Manage /Attend to Directors’ needs e.g insurance, petty cash claim, property, membership fee renewal and/personal matters etc
- Facilitate meetings (including equipment set-up, sending reminders), business-related activities, and organizing catering when necessary
- Any ad-hoc assignment duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant working experience
- Humble, bright, positive, open, flexible, and has good communication skills (written/oral)
- Good follow-up skills
- Conversant in MS Office (Excel/words/powerpoint)
