Job Summary:
The APAC Marketing Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing customer acquisition and branding strategies across the APAC region, with a focus on optimizing investments to attract new customers and elevate Amplifon’s brand positioning. This role demands a performance-driven individual who can integrate both traditional and digital marketing approaches, ensuring customer-centricity through a data-driven lens.
As a member of the regional Marketing Team, the Customer Acquisition Manager reports to the APAC Marketing Director, playing a critical role in shaping brand perception and driving leads growth adapted to each countries. This position will require strong collaboration with Corporate and local teams to ensure brand consistency and the execution of innovative strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
The APAC Marketing Customer Acquisition Manager will lead the following areas:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Contribute to localize and implement a long-term brand strategy in collaboration with Corporate and local teams to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and key industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in brand marketing and customer acquisition in the Region, leveraging new technologies and local market insights.
2. Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Participate in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice, ensuring coherent messaging across all marketing platforms, with corporate and local teams
- Craft a differentiated brand position that resonates with target audiences and stands out from competitors.
3. Media Planning & Strategy:
- Ensure development and optimization of comprehensive media strategies, encompassing both online and offline channels, with a focus on new geographies
- Collaborate with corporate and local media teams to ensure efficient media buying, tracking of KPIs, and the continuous refinement of media plans.
- Leverage media investments to drive both customer acquisition and brand awareness.
4. Offline Activation & Initiatives:
- Design and execute impactful offline activation initiatives in the region, including outreach marketing, events and partnerships, to enhance customer engagement and brand reach.
- Integrate offline efforts with digital strategies to create seamless and cohesive customer experiences.
5. Online Campaign Management & Digital Performance:
- In collaboration with local and global Digital teams, oversee the planning and execution of online campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and optimization for key performance metrics.
- Track digital performance through data-driven analytics, to adjust strategies in real-time and maximize ROI.
6. Performance Tracking and Marketing ROI:
- Continuously monitor brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition efficiency.
- Develop and implement methodologies to track and enhance marketing ROI across channels.
- Provide insights and report performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decisions across campaigns.
7. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Lead and foster a collaborative environment, in a cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams across countries, ensuring effective execution of regional marketing strategies.
Background & Skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing and customer acquisition, with a proven track record in media planning, offline activations, and digital performance management.
- Experience in a regional or global role, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs across media, advertisement, and digital campaigns.
- Analytical skills with experience working in data-driven environments and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative attitude, capable of managing stakeholders at local and global levels.
- Fluent in English and Italian, ability to thrive in an international work environment.
