Responsibilities:
- Processing day-to-day treasury collateral transactions
- Liaise with business units and treasury front office, relationship manager, etc
- Validate trade deals and send confirmation to counterparty
- Manage brokerage control fees from brokers
- Perform interbank settlement, FX and time deposits
- Perform SWIFT payment, Deal/Settlement Confirmation and conduct AML check
- Perform investigations and reconciliations
- Participate in system testing, project initiation and implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of back office operations experience
- Good understanding and knowledge in various treasury products, e.g. Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Security/Bonds, derivative products, etc.
- Strong understanding and experience in swift operations
