Assistant Warehouse Executive

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide comprehensive administrative support for both executive and operational functions, including:

  • Filing of documents such as transfer, return and recovery vouchers.
  • Ensure accurate updates of inventory usage of the organization.
  • Raising purchase requests of inventory items.
  • Perform Goods Received Note (GRN).
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the department's business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Material resource planning: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure sufficient stock quantities as well as the efficient inventory storage and retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Participate in inventory optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on inventory management SOP, best practices and technologies.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum ITE level or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
  • Good documentation and planning skills
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
