Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers on jewellery selection, customization, and care.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery craftsmanship.
- Assist in jewellery repairs, resizing, and after-sales services.
- Maintain product displays and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury jewellery or retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, gold, and jewellery design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide high-level customer service.
