Job Description
- Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation
- Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
- Source for new suppliers & sub contractors
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers & other parties
- Communicate & coordinate with Client/Consultant/Project Manager for claims and variation matters
Job Requirements
- Construction & Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
- Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate in Engineering (civil) or equivalent
- Required Language: English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
