Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our founder. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the founder.
  • Communication:Act as a liaison between the founder and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
    Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives.
  • Project Assistance:Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines.
    Support the founder in various tasks and initiatives as required.
  • Personal Support:Manage personal appointments and errands for the founder, ensuring a balanced schedule.
    Organize events or gatherings, including team-building activities and client meetings.
    Assist with personal tasks, such as gift shopping or managing personal correspondence.
  • Daily Operations:Ensure the founder’s workspace is organized and conducive to productivity.
    Anticipate the founder’s needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role or internships in administrative support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
