Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel strategies (Facebook / YouTube / TikTok) to support new product launches (campaign, awareness, sales conversion), grow existing product sales and product lifecycle management.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively engage and convert them.
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for continuous interpret and leveraging improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights and able to data report to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Regularly report on campaign performance with a high level of organization and attention to detail while providing insights.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate insight for any demand creation activities.
- Manage content distribution across all social media platforms (Facebook / YouTube / TikTok) to increase generic social media audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to meet timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
- Proficient in using various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
- Experience in launching, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including budget management and performance evaluation.
- Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with familiarity in analytic tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous in reporting.
- Highly independent, hardworking, and a go-getter with the initiative to take on tasks proactively.
