. Manage construction activities and progress independently
. Coordination and supervision of M&E works
. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
. Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
. Work with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet client requirement
. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines
. Working knowledge in BIM model software
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. At least 10 years of working experience in building & construction in HDB (BTO) project
