Admin
- Chas, Medisave & Insurance submission
- Develop protocol
Manpower
- To plan 2 months in advance for monthly manpower
- Posting of daily nurses’ schedule for clinics with many nurses
- On-site planning for last minute changes.eg: Overrun during lunch time or nurses not feeling well
Finance
- Petty cash
- Cash deposits
- Daily queue report
- Checking of Chas, Medisave & Insurance
- Check on stocks ordering budget
