Are you a seasoned maritime professional with a passion for developing a skilled seafaring workforce? We are seeking a Fleet Personnel Director to lead our Ship Management Centre operations. In this key role, you'll oversee manning all vessels, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations while aligning our fleet personnel strategy with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategic objectives to enhance fleet personnel operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive performance and growth.
- Manage recruitment and ensure compliance with maritime legislation.
- Develop and implement training programs to mitigate operational risks.
- Foster strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Business Management (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 8 years of marine experience.
- Deep understanding of maritime labor laws and crew requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
