Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and recruit candidates
  • Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
  • Manage statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, taxes, work pass applications etc.
  • Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
  • Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
  • Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
  • Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

  •  Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  1 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry (Optional)
  • Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
  •  Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
  •  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
