Project Administrator
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6.30pm)
- Salary: $3k to $4k
- Working Location: Ubi
The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
- To examine tender documents and the scope of work, then prepare Tender submission.
- To examine client’s requirements and the scope of work, then prepare quotation.
- To review, compare, analyse products and services to propose.
- To propose alternative products, as and where required.
- To prepare technical specifications.
- To maintain and update supplier information, and liaise on product ranges, prices, delivery times, etc.
- To do project management/co-ordination
- To assist with project documentations
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Administrator in construction industry
- Knowledge of lighting industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of software an advantage, eg. Autocad, Photoshop, Dialux
