Responsibiities :-
Service Availability & Improvement
- Contribute ideas toward preventive measures so as to address current gaps and potential point of failure;
- Prepare trending of past incidents so as to facilitate analysis and to propose and initiate areas of service improvements;
- Prepare & follow up on (1) Service availability & performance (2) Service Levels between IT and Business.
Recovery Management
- Co-ordinate and manage recovery execution & communication.
Ensure resolution of IT related problems
- Review and monitor IT Intra Group Outsourced service standards;
- Monitor recovery actions;
- Liaising with users, IT reps and Maybank Shared Services to identify and resolve problems.
Requirements
- A good degree at at least 3 years' experience in a banking, audit, operational risk management, incident/problem management or IT related scope;
- Good knowledge of systems processes will be preferred;
- Possess good knowledge system functionality and technology risk;
- Proactive in nature and able to formulate strategy and execute action items based on analysis;
- Strong presentation and analytical skills is required;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Self motivating individual, good team player;
- Innovative and service oriented.
