Job Overview:
BYD by 1826 is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented F&B Service Crew members to join our vibrant team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing outstanding service and support in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and seat guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide detailed menu information with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Order Management: Process food and beverage orders swiftly, ensuring timely service and accuracy.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing drinks and simple dishes, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience by responding promptly to guest needs.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Payments: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash management and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 20 kg.
