- Drive sales team performances through leading, training and disciplining them
- Monitoring, Planning, managing and coaching team's performance and results
- Track the progress of weekly and monthly objectives
- Manage full spectrum of retail operation and maintain smooth store operations
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Perform and complete all duties as required
