What our program looks like:
Hilti Outperformer is a global management development program like no other. Over a two-year period we’ll prepare you for a global leadership career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model.
As an account manager in the first year, you’ll learn everything about our customers and how to meet their needs; in the second year of the program you will take on global and regional assignments in different functions with significant senior executive exposure.
Yes, it’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of international management projects and an impactful social project.
You’ll get the support you need to learn, grow and carve out your own career and, aside from enjoying an incredible experience, you’ll be certified by a top-ranked European business school.
Courses and Events:
- Leadership training: a course at a renowned European business school
- Business Management Training: individual training at Hilti
- Global Summit: 4 - 5 days at head office in Schaan (Liechtenstein) with involvement of the Hilti Executive Board
- Social project: 7 - 8 days ≪ building a better future ≫ improving life conditions for those in need
Requirements:
- You hold at least a master’s degree (economics, business administration, international management, engineering, marketing or finance).
- You are a multilingual talent, fluent in English and at least one other language (management trainees are required to rotate through multiple project roles in multiple assigned countries, subjected to performance and business opportunities)
- You have gained international experience through your work or studies and have spent between 2 months to 3 years in a professional environment.
- You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious, and dedicated.
- You’re a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
- You’re internationally mobile. A global thinker who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.
