RESPONSIBILITIES
•Process Mapping: Collaborate with various departments to identify, document, and map current business processes, including process steps, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
•Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize data from multiple sources, perform in-depth analysis, and extract actionable insights to support decision-making.
•KPI Development: Work with relevant teams to define, measure, and track KPIs for process improvement.
•Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for further improvement within the operations workflow and collaborate to implement these improvements.
•Documentation and Training: Document processes, scripts, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing. Provide training and support to team members on utilizing and understanding automated processes.
PROFILE
•Master Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or related field from top-tier university
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
•Curious, strong motivation and eagerness to learn
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Fluent English is mandatory; other languages are nice to have (Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese)
•Project related certification in a plus (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum Master, etc)
