Job Responsibility:
1. Strategy Planning:
- Collaborate with other department team to develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
2. Market intelligence:
- Monitor market treads and identify emerging opportunities.
- Engagement with Singapore and regional government and non-government agencies.
- Provide periodic reports.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnership, and acquisitions.
- Engage with potential business partner, vendors and investors.
- Develop full business plan, presentations and pitch materials.
4. Financial Analysis:
- Able to understand financial models, forecasts and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Assess the financial viability of potential projects and investments.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakesholders.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive business development initiatives
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and industry events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in mergers and acquistions, business partnering or a related fields.
- Proven track records of success in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Experience working with senior management or board of directors
- Strong financial modelling skills
