- 12 months RENEWABLE contract
- Up to $4,200/month + 1-month bonus

- Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and processing customers' daily sales order via SAP system.
- Monitor sales order status and ensure a smooth delivery to client in a timely manner.
- Prepare shipping document and handle export shipments for local and overseas customers.
- Handle customers' complainsl, identify root cause and provide solutions to resolve the issues.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and team management experience or similar function
