- Review of new projects, whether it required special tools, Jig, and fixtures due to complexity of product prior to their acceptance for production.
- Design Jigs and Fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process.
Review and study customer products for welding process or GD&T requirement. - Plan, involve, train and implementation of new Machines/Equipment.
- Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control.
Education:
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
Skills:
- Good working knowledge in 2D/3D software's (AutoCAD / Solid Edge) Sheet metal & Assembly.
- ERP Knowledge for Item, Bom & Routing, Familiar with MS Office.
- Familiar in Process Cutting, Bending, Welding, Painting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and a good team player
Experience:
- Experience in Sheet Metal processing ,Project handling, Design Jobs.
- Design of Jigs & Fixtures, Process improvement study.
