Responsibilities
- Overseeing all OTX channel activities in Singapore and supporting regional expansion efforts in the pharmacy and optical (P&O) channels.
- To ensure the successful execution of projects, track performance against KPIs, and drive growth in pharmacy and optical channels.
- Project Management: Manage all OTX projects in Singapore, ensuring timely and successful execution. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of OTX activities, including completion of documents for internal approval and monitoring of activity milestones.
- Activity Tracking: Monitor and track the implementation of activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Prepare timeline chart on planned projects. Update activity status on a regular basis
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of activities against established KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Document Management: Ensure all OTX activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare and maintain documentation related to OTX campaigns, including contracts, invoices, and expense reports. Safekeep and monitor contracts related to OTX activities, such as service agreements of HCPs and contracts from vendors, etc.
- Proposed OTX activities include YouTube ads and TikTok account setup, increasing in-store displays (topshelf and hangsell), gift-with-purchase bundling in pharmacies, and a Company Story feature on e-commerce platform.
Requirements
- Experience in the pharmacy, opticians and optometrists space is an advantage.
- Experience in digital media (digital advertising, SEO and social media). If he/she has the experience with e-commerce is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure performance against KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Project management, performance tracking and analysis, strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- I year contract with full benefits (21 days annual leave, medical + completion bonus), transport claimable, MNC.
