Responsibilities
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR
- Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
- Assist in the Recruitment process, including job advertisement posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews and reference checks
- Conduct staff orientation and exit interview for new joiners / departing employees
- Communicate with external vendors on accommodation for foreign employees
- Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records
- Administration of all work passes, including entrance to the designated work site.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies and procedures applicable to Singapore labour market
- Assist in general administrative duties where necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
