Customer Support Specialist (Sales Support Executive/ Order Fulfilment/ Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service)

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- update customer shipment plan upon internal review acceptance.
- update customer PO into system with approved quotation and costing sheet.
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts for the assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
- Ensure on-time delivery vs shipment schedule.
- Serves as the point of contact for the assigned customer management matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management/ Manufacturing or Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in program management preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess good planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels
