Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior HR executive who excels in talent acquisition and fosters a positive work environment.
- manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract talents
- utilise various channels (social media, refferals, job boards) to engage talents
- review resumes, conduct initial interview and maintain talent pipeline
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- any other adhoc duties
Qualifications:
- minimally a diploma in any related field OR at least 1 year of working experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- initiative, meticulous and self-motivated
