Role Summary:
This is an operations focused role where you will perform primarily administrative tasks to consolidate documents, process documents and other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
What would be your responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents as needed by the Finance team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on preparation of finance documents after understanding the requirements.
- Support the Finance team on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Data entry through input financial data into company systems or trackers.
What we require from you:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting/Business Administration/Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin).
- Knowledge of financial terminologies.
- To-do attitude to complete tasks timely.
