Job Summary:
· Salary up to $3200
· 5 days week, Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm
· West Region
· Variable Bonus, Medical Benefit, OT
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensuring operators accurately record quality data in Quality Test Reports (QTR)
· Conducting random inspections (receiving, in-process, and final) and updating records
· Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer deliveries
· Implementing “5S” and food safety requirements on the production floor
· Conducting various tests (Drop Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Leak Proof Test, etc.) for IBC products
· Preparing design and test reports, and managing product samples for HQ
· Following and enforcing Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures
· Assisting with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and customer audit requirements
· Training new employees on safety and quality standards
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering
· Possess 3-4 years’ experience in QA and QC in Plastic packaging
