Job Description:
- Conduct administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Organise and schedule meetings and events
- Update calendar and travel planning arrangements
- prepare reports and presentations
- take minutes and ensure timely follow-ups with tasks
- liase with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- at least a Diploma in any field
- possess great interpersonal and communication skills
- proficient in microsoft office word, excel, powerpoint and other relavant software
- proven organisational and time management skills
