The Vendavo & CPQ Business Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Vendavo & CPQ system to ensure accurate and efficient pricing, quoting, and configuration processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support sales operations and improve overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- System & User Management: Administer and maintain the Vendavo & CPQ system, ensuring it is configured to meet business requirements.
- Configuration: Design and implement product configurations, pricing rules, and discount structures within the Vendavo & CPQ system.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the Vendavo & CPQ system.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the CPQ system.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Vendavo & CPQ system, including regular audits and updates.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on Vendavo & CPQ system performance, usage, and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to align CPQ processes with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
