- Design, develop and deploy the document/correspondence templates using CCM solution, following IT standards and processes.
- Liaise or follow up with business analysts and users for understanding business requirements and objectives, and translate into technical applications and solutions.
- Work with a small team of software engineers to develop and test solutions, and review their work to ensure it meets the requirements and of quality.
- Fully participate in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including documentations. Experience with Agile methodology is also preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience with Precisely (Pitney Bowes) EngageOne Designer or any CCM/document template designer tools. (Training can be provided)
- Experience with Automate BPA and Spectrum ETL tools. (Training can be provided)
- Experience with Precisely (Pitney Bowes) Vault, EngageOne Interactive and Deliver modules. (Training can be provided)
- Experience & proficient with SQL Server 2016 and above.
- Experience & proficient with VB Script, XML, XSD.
- Experience & proficient with .NET/ASP.NET/Entity Framework
