Job Description:
- Acts as the main contact person between employer, clients, and other stakeholders for assigned clients during job matching process.
- Liaises with employers to confirm the employment terms for assigned clients.
- Coordinates with prison officers for the successful administration of inmates on Community-Based Programmes.
- Facilitates all employment-related communication and documentation including:
- Creating a standard mail merge with the information provided by relevant stakeholders.
- Calling clients and employers to confirm on employment details and resolve any discrepancy.
- Preparing Referral Letters to relevant stakeholders for successful job placement of clients.
- Responding to emails from employers and stakeholders.
- Updating of job placement records and other databases.
- Arranging interviews for clients who are unemployed.
Work Schedule:
- Monthly salary range: Up to $3,750 / Month
- Period duration: 9 Months
- Location: Upper Changi Road North
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Mon to Thu: 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM, Fri: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in office clerical and administrative support work and coordination.
- Experience in providing career advisory will be an advantage.
- Process drive, initiative and openness to embrace and lead change and deliver results.
- Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills and able to multi-task.
- Working knowledge MS Office.
