Job Description
- Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
- Organise sales visits
- Managing and interpreting client requirements
- Prepare technical solution for clients
- Prepare fee proposal and presentations
- Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
- Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
- Attend site walks
- Negotiate and close sales
- Coordinate sales projects
- Organise marketing events that the company participates in
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical, product or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV and within construction industry
- Those with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Techinical Sales position
- Driven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitude
- Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Have initiative and possess desire to learn
- Able to multi-task and work as a team
- Able to work independently
