Responsibilities:
a) Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales;
b) Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities;
c) Responsible to maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
d) Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
e) Coordinate with suppliers and handle product orders based on customer demand;
f) Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ application laws;
g) Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business;
h) Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration promoting and marketing the branch and its product;
i) Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing customer needs efficiently;
j) Implement and monitor restaurant sales strategies to meet or exceed financial goals;
k) Reporting to head office.
