Responsibilities:
- Attend to assignments/breakdowns in relation to facilities management matters
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems with vendors
- Ensure PPM carried out with services report submitted
- Coordinate maintenance and shutdowns
- Perform incident escalation
- Take charge of emergency according to SOPs
- Supervise the vendor on the preventive maintenance scope and repair works
- Ensure vendor follow the house rules
- Support in Event and AV setup
- Any other function necessary for effective operations of the Properties or as directed by management
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in Engineering with at least 2 years of similar experience
- Team player
