Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with trading desks, product teams, and technical subject matter experts to analyze complex business requirements and develop solution/design proposals, including cost and effort estimations.
- Project Management: Oversee project deliveries from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to governance routines. Manage project plans, chair meetings, document minutes, track deliverables, and address risks/issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment on solutions and project goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Provide regular updates to the project team and senior stakeholders.
- Governance Tracking: Monitor audit remediation items and report on progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Leadership: Lead meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a strong team culture by supporting peers and sharing knowledge within a diverse and inclusive setting.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Global Markets Technology space, specifically in Equities and Fixed Income Trading/Post Trade.
- Strong analytical abilities to drive solutions for complex business requirements, including the capability to draft detailed business requirement documents.
- Understanding of Trading Flows, solid knowledge of trading operations, including Pre-Trade, Cash Trading, and Post Trade processes.
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory projects and exchange implementations is a plus.
- Proficient in core project management tools (e.g., Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and other office toolsets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience, fostering collaboration with developers, technical leads, and line-of-business partners.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows up proactively on deliverables.
- Strong capability to manage multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
