- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
ISO & Bizsafe Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update ISO policies and procedures.
- Standardized company forms

General Administration:
- Front Desk Administrative
