Job Description:
We are looking for personable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who are confident to communicate with clients and close deals. You will be responsible for keeping in close contact with prospective clients from enquiry to onboarding, managing their expectations, introducing our capabilities, and addressing their concerns in a prompt and strategic manner. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.
Job Scope:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Handle email and phone enquiries, communicate and meet with new clients to understand business needs.
- Craft customized emails for sales leads, according to their unique situation.
- Tailor and conduct sales presentations, system demonstrations, and facility tours to pitch our solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Determine, plan, and propose quotations based on client's requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth transition of new customers, and ensure that rate structures match operational processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and stay updated on mass media and current news, and propose sales leads accordingly.
- Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain marketing materials such as article write-ups, digital brochures, company profile, presentations etc.
- Ideate and write website articles to communicate company capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English, and verbal Mandarin for negotiation and presentation skills.
- Keen eye for detail, amidst looking at the bigger picture.
- Ability to identify patterns, multitask, and prioritize tasks logically.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
