Our Client is a leading Japanese entertainment company, producer of collectible card games and trading cards. They are looking for a Card Game Localization / Product Developement Executive to join their team.
Challenges:
- Schedule, oversee development and product of card game products
- Liaise with Japanese companies for development and production of card game products (80%)
- Translate and localize products from Japanese to English (20%)
- Proofread localized text and product designs
What it Takes:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates daily (Minimum JLPT N3 competency required)
- Have some knowledge in games or anime
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Sensitive to cultural and linguistic nuances
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events (if any)
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
