Role Overview:
- The HR Payroll and Operations Specialist supports the HR team by managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and preparing accounting entries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and staff benefits.
- Serve as a backup for payroll entries via Satis and Serapis systems.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, maintain HRIS systems, and ensure timely processing of benefits-related changes and terminations.
- Coordinate and submit mandatory surveys for government agencies (MOM, MAS, CPF, IMDA) and prepare monthly reports, including headcounts and Essbase and COSMO validation.
- Handle government-related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity, and paternity claims.
- Act as the primary contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple HR operations simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
