Job Description
PMO Process & Tool Development
· Accountable for developing, reviewing, and approving PMO processes and tools to be used within the program.
· Conduct training and communicate PMO processes and tools to the project team.
Project Management Process Support
Enable and support both onshore and offshore delivery teams in day-to-day program/project management processes.
Demand & Resource Management
Assess and manage demand and resource requirements, raising resource demand in HR tools as per the project resource plan.
Handle the onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
Change Control Process
Operationalize the change control process to ensure smooth implementation and tracking of changes.
Program / Project Logistics
Own and manage the facility and space plan to support the program team effectively.
Key Skills:
· Strong understanding of PMO processes and tools.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
· Experience in demand and resource management.
· Knowledge of change control processes.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage logistics and facility planning.
· Experience in conducting training for project teams.
