HR-Admin Responsibilities:
- Advertising and search for candidates
- Able to perform full HR spectrum
- Filling positions within an organization ( Locally and Oversea )
- Designing and implementing HR systems for the organization.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
- Prepare contract, grant, and training grants
- Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily administration matters/tasks in a meticulous manner.
- Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes:
- Administration (Proper filing system and Organise and schedule meetings)
- Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment)
- Proper Book-keeping of the business and payroll
- Preparing Monthly payroll Report
- Interact and coordinate effectively with clients/stakeholder on business and administrative matters
- Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required
- Respond to inquiries and feedback
- Administrative documentation
- Coordinating on Grant application and submission.
- Coordinating and scheduling staffs
- HR and training Grant
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as recruiter / HR / Admin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have good knowledge of recruiting, guides etc.
- Excellent record keeping.
- Able to perform the job immediately
- Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage
- Possess good initiative, outgoing, and a great team player
