Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage manpower to ensure sufficient resources are available.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and communicate deployment plans for officers and new hires.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing databases, preparing monthly reports, and overseeing payment processes.
  • Assist with procurement of services and items, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Support HR system functions to improve efficiency.
  • Take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in Procurement/HR/Administration would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.
  • Minimum Diploma holders.
