Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage manpower to ensure sufficient resources are available.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and communicate deployment plans for officers and new hires.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing databases, preparing monthly reports, and overseeing payment processes.
- Assist with procurement of services and items, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Support HR system functions to improve efficiency.
- Take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in Procurement/HR/Administration would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.
- Minimum Diploma holders.
