Job Description:
We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate closely with our project manager, clients, and development team. You'll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and promotional materials. Your role includes presenting designs, conducting user research, and ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar.
- Ability to gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and research.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design consistency.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management is a plus.
- Experience in front-end development is advantageous.
