Job Description:
- Focus on expanding our reach in animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and interactive content by identifying and targeting new business prospects.
- Reach out to prospective clients through market research, business directories, client referrals, cold calling, and direct fieldwork.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase company's capabilities and provide tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to develop proposals and ensure that client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each project, translating these into clear and concise notes for the producers.
- Coordinate the formulation of price quotations, submit sales contracts for orders, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate client records.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Service and maintain both short-term and long-term client relationships, manage existing accounts, and up-sell CraveFX’s services based on client needs.
- Assist in the administrative work needed for approvals, submissions, and reconciliation, ensuring smooth operation across all activities.
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by leveraging existing accounts and driving new business development.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience in preparing and delivering tailored sales proposals and presentations based on client needs.
- Ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and competitor performance to inform business development strategies.
- Strong understanding of animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and interactive media is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the creative industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in client acquisition, sales strategy development, or account management.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
