JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather data and information required for manpower reporting and surveys
- Prepare and clean data to ensure quality and usability for further analysis and future retrieval
- Conduct basic analysis of statistics for understanding of manpower trends
- Support the review of processes and implementation of workforce solutions and intervention
- Provide administrative support to the team as required (e.g. scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders)
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
